In this episode, I will talk about how to handle difficult people and situations. When we encounter a difficult situation, the most common response is to try to take control or change the situation. Managing them internally instead of externally can give us better results. This simply means putting yourself in a good place mentally and physically and control what you can control. When you’re in a good mental and physical state, things that are outside of you will not bother you as much. The feeling of powerlessness from these situations comes from trying to manage things that are beyond our control.
