1. Having clarity over what it is that we are truly trying to achieve with our routine

3. Creating consistency by managing the mind drama that comes up when it comes to regularly implementing the routine, or iterating it as things change.
The most effective routine is always going to be the one that actually moves the needle to where YOU want to be.
And that is going to be different for everyone.
