Habits are the sum of what we do in a day. Habits can make things easier for us or hold us back.
A habit becomes a habit because we repeatedly do it ’till it becomes embedded in our brain and becomes second nature.
The trick to creating new habits is habit stacking. It’s the method of pairing an old habit with a new one; this basically ‘tricks’ your brain into automating the new habit since you are pretty much doing the old one in autopilot.
