Honoring yourself will give you the confidence and belief in following through with your plans and bring you balance.
Setting your priorities and knowing what’s important will give you peace and clarity, making following through with your plans easier.
After establishing the confidence and the momentum to keep going, things will fall in their places.
Most of the time, the reason why we’re unable to follow through is fear and doubt.
To overcome the hump, we have to present and honor the plans and commitment we’ve set for ourselves.
