In this episode, I will talk about when things go wrong. 2020 has been a crazy year, we have had gone through fires, floods, political unrests, riots, recession, pandemic, and a lot more. It’s has been a challenging year for most of us. I wanted to be clear that it’s perfectly normal to have negative emotions during these strange times. We’re all doing the best we can with what we have. We are all in this together. This is what this episode is for.

Most of the time the negative outbursts come from unintentionally resisting our current reality and the negative emotions that we’re having. Awareness and acceptance can help minimize this.
Life will always have it’s negative and positive. To get more consistent, controlled results. The goal is to balance things a bit more.
Taking responsibility for your emotions and allow and process on the thoughts surrounding them is the very first step in being in control of your actions and results.
