Eliminating what’s not necessary so that your scales aren’t unbalanced in weight
Our experience of balance is in our ability to balance our minds and our emotions first, the rest just follows suit from there

  • Lie #2 – If you are balanced, you will never feel negative emotion
  • Lie #3 – Circumstances will always be ideal
  • Lie #4 – Balance means you have to do it all, all of the time
