If you’re feeling uncertain or anxious, let loose in order to feel better and avoid the negative feeling
We give up control over what happened on inside of us, which is all of our thoughts and emotions to try and control something outside of us
Anxiety and uncertainty is from the brain creating problems that aren’t actually problems yet or maybe never will be
Old beliefs and thoughts are still there still creating the emotions that we are trying to fix
Add your primitive brain to your list of children that you take care of
Figure out how to get uninterrupted time instead of focusing on how to multitask
Pay attention to the thoughts that you are thinking when you are tempted to quit or not honor your plan
There is nothing wrong with making a task more fun
Got to take control over what we actually have control
Pay attention to what we are thinking and feeling when we’re not wanting to follow through on the things that we set up for ourselves
