Feelings drive action, and the action that we take or don’t take is how we get the results that we have in our life.
Understand that every action in action, indulgence, and sabotage is all coming from a feeling
Identify the feeling, what is the feeling that is actually causing this action.
Identify the thought causing the feeling that’s driving the action.
What do I want to be feeling and what thoughts do I need to believe in order to feel that.
You don’t have to wait to achieve something in order to feel how you want to feel, you can already have the life you want now based on how you chose to feel on the inside.
